About Us Founded 2015

Pearl Qualitex Trading is a South African-owned multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in Land and Rights, Engineering Surveying, Electrical Engineering Design, electrical infrastructure Construction, and GIS services. We provide legally compliant and technically sound solutions to local and district municipalities, provincial and national government departments, state-owned entities, private sector clients, and SMMEs.

Director Background: Our Director has 18 years of specialised experience in Engineering Surveying, Eskom legal advisory services, and Land and Rights management and negotiations, acquired during a distinguished tenure at Eskom from 2008 to 2025. His expertise includes statutory compliance, servitude acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and the provision of technical and legal support for infrastructure development projects.
